Precision Pump Control, Superior Manufacturing

A qualified pressure pump base for a blood analyzer undergoes a five-step process. From material cutting and rough machining to CNC 4-axis machining, CNC grinding, and finally, specialized surface treatment, each step is meticulously executed. The final step involves natural anodizing the pump base to enhance its corrosion resistance and surface hardness, while maintaining the natural finish of the aluminum alloy.
